This thing is awsome. It has 20 of the best mega drive games, forget new games, saga classics is much better. The sound quality is great. For the price its a bargin, a great christmas gift for anyone or yourself.

Good fun but NO save function!!

Great trip down memory lane, the major draw back for me is that you can not save your games meaning you have to keep visiting the same stretch of memory lane over and over! The alternative seems to be completing the game in one sitting but I don't think batteries would even last that long!

Excellent number of games for the money. Need to use rechargeable batteries. Devise is a lot smaller than I imagined and with a small screen it can be difficult to read some of the text but plug it into your TV with the lead provided and away you go.
Shame it doesn't save all the high scores etc but still fantastic fun - enjoy

 Lots of Fun

I was a S'nes girl but I was really glad to recieve this as a gift. It brought back plenty of memories of trying to get to grips with the speed of Sonic or making sure Ecco takes a breath. For nostalgia its great alone but also an eay way to occupy time. I have the white and blue version but the games are the same.

As people have said the screen is a bit of a bother sometimes but it can be hooked up to the TV if needs be. When gameplay goes funny and characters start doing things themselves it means the batteries going...and they go quickley. That'll happen when strolling down memory lane I suppose

A great walk down memory lane!
Perfect for a quick blaze on sonic or even to disppear away and have a good run through your favourite classic's
True some don't save but most never did back in the day either so its no different really. Just remember the days of pausing sonic while you wolf down your dinner and fly back to finish what you could....... Those were the days!
Great for a step back in time and great for space consiouce guy and gals alternate to this is the revamped mega drive that plays classic carts and genisis carts too all universal!!!!! Bonus! Both are great buys and brings back oringinal gamin unlike loads of new bits to old franchises nowadays :d
