4 Must have for Scrabble/word game fansPeenster | 17/09/2007 | See all Peenster's reviews (1)I have been waiting for the release of Scrabble on DS for a while. I have to say, it was worth waiting for. Easy to play and to view the board- you can zoom in and out, easy to rearrange tiles and put them together on the board too. It's nice you get definitions of words too as you put them down.My only problems with it are, as previous reviewer said, it doesn't have enough statistics about the games you have played. In addition to this, it would be nice if the top screen displayed the scores and words that have been made during the game, as opposed to being almost entirely devoted to explaining the rules and giving you tips- something that Scrabble player will already know! Also, if you are used to playing with different dictionaries, you'll have to get used to the Collins official one they use in this game. Not a major problem, but can take some adjusting to. Might be nice if you can edit the dictionary yourself, but this is a minor point.Overall, it is very enjoyable, and the more challenging opponents, are certainly that, it will help keep your mind sharp!
