 In-Depth, Great gameplay

As a cash poker player, I've never really been all that interested in playing on a console for 'pretend' money, but WSOP08 seeks to conquer that.

The career mode lets you attack the WSOP circuit against an impressive amount of real life poker pros. The gameplay is designed in a way to keep you constantly involved, offering a wealth of stats and advice and clever interaction between the player and the console. It manages to keep your interest at all times, and allows you to 'fast forward' a hand that you are not involved in.

For £15 you really can't complain, it's got more than enough to keep you entertained for hours.

This is the best poker game ive played on the ds by far.good graphics and a nice touch they have added with the 'peek at your cards' where you touch the cards and they flip up at the corners.

I find this game very annoying, the format is annoying as it flickers between 2 sides of the table! The poker play on it i think is rather poor. It dosent even prompt you if u want to fold when you have the option to check, something that i have done countless times by mistake. I have saved about 4 times and then turnd my ds thinking it would of but u have to exit the menu before it saves.

Its a shame as i was looking forwad to it.
