Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga

Anybody that owns Lego Star Wars 2 DS will agree that the game was full of bugs, extremely repetitive and had serious camera perspective issues.....

Thankfully, The Complete Saga is here to give us the proper experience. This game not only improves on the repetitive nature by introducing vehicle levels as well as extra touch-screen games but is also bug-free and extremely well-written. You'll also get a good 24 hours or so of gameplay out of it to reach 100% completion which is rare for most DS titles.

Great stuff, well worth the price tag, just buy!

I am a big a Star Wars fan and for me this is one the best games that I have for the DS and I own a lot of excellent DS games. The graphics are brilliant and playing through all six Star Wars film is a real blast. The lego humour will have you laughing throughout the game. There are 30 levels in total which have been created especially for the DS which includes some fun touch screen action. If you have a friend with a DS and a copy of this game then you can have a ball of a time playing through all the levels together. There are loads of different Star Wars characters for you to unlock and you can mix their heads and body parts up. The different class characters can access different areas of each level. I like being a Jedi the most for combat as they hit laser-beams back at the baddies and use the force to throw them out the way. The Hoth level with the AT-ATs is great fun and there are some good minigames too.
Even people that don't like Star Wars very much will enjoy this great DS game.

If you already have any lego star wasrs game for the DS then this probaly won't give you the WOW factor.

if you've never played on a lego star wars game GET THIS! it will be the best choice you've ever made. ok so the graphics are no where near as good as the PC version or even the PSP version (but then again they are more powerful than the DS) but nintendo has always held the outstanding gameplay 'award'. this is one of those games that you just can't put down

This was my first experience of a lego Star Wars title and as expected it was a more of a humorous take on the movies than other games. The first thing that surprised me was the variety of movements the Jedi can make with their light sabres in battle, you can even deflect blaster fire back at stormtroopers! Almost every level involves some puzzle or other that will require you to switch to different characters in your team, e.g. R2D2 will open doors so the others can proceed. The only grumble I probably had with the game was the use of the touchscreen for force powers which did get a little annoying, especially as you have to take one hand off the gamepad to use it. Overall I would rate this game amongst the top 3 currently out for the DS and if you are a Star Wars fan then this is a must buy.

A fantastic, engrossing and addictive game. Follows the 6 films closely and allows you to play as all the characters from the "hootineeeee!!" ewoks to the four light sabre wielding General Greivous. Basically a platform/puzzle game but includes shoot em up and racing levels. All in all a must for all DS owners of all ages, my four yr old loves it, and so do I (ahem 34).
