3 A straight TV to DS conversion with a few unfortunate flawsTheodoreKerabatsos | 31/10/2007 | See all TheodoreKerabatsos's reviews (12)Top 100 Games Reviewer There have been very few quiz/general knowledge titles available on the DS so far (the only other one I'm aware of is the US-centric Touchmaster), so this game comes as a welcome addition to the catalogue. If you are familiar with the TV show, there will be no surprises when you plug in this game cart. There are no extra features, unlockables or gameplay innovations here. The game is presented by Chris Tarrant, who can take a frustrating amount of time to tell you whether you answered correctly or not. This gets annoying after you have played several games. The most obvious flaw here is that there simply isn't a large enough database of questions. I've only played the game for an hour or so, and the amount of repeat questions I have encountered is far more than I would have expected. The questions are the heart and soul of this game and there should be far more memory available on the cart to make sure these are a rarity, but it happens far too often and really lets the game down. Another minus point here is that unlike on TV, where Tarrant repeatedly asks the contestant if they are sure of their answer, one (possibly accidental) touch of answer panel here and there is no going back or changing your mind.
