This new edition keeps all the successful features of the 1st edition and has been enhanced with new exclusive content.

Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? 2nd Edition the video game features all the TV Show Quiz Game's assets and structure. There are 15 questions that will take you from a virtual £100 to £1 million. There are 4 answers to each question and only one of the answers is correct. Use the stylus and touch the screen to choose the answer you think is correct. If you're right, you will win the virtual value for that question and move onto the next level.

The Top Screen:

  • This screen acts as the player's information interface and TV monitor. It contains a video window enabling rich media playback of the show's host and rendered cues / animations for non-host territories. Trademark format items such as the Ask-the-Audience graph are shown here.
  • The Bottom Screen:

    • This screen is used for showing the Questions & Answers lozenges as well as interactive touch-screen icons such as 50:50, Phone-A-Friend and As-The-Audience lifelines (when available) and the Walk-Away option, during the main game mode.

    New 2nd Edition features:

    • Personalised Play - Start the game by inputting name, age, gender and strongest subjects to receive the optimum mix of questions - including easy ones for the kids.
    • Fastest Finger First - One of the best bits from last years Wii game, now on DS.
    • Practice Mode - Ideal for a quick Millionaire hit on the DS, all the fun of the main game in half the time.
    • Three Subject Categories - Entertainment, Sport and General Knowledge: choose to the category you prefer. The game will adapt itself following your choice.
    • Save Feature - Personal high scores, total winnings, best times, dates etc are all stored in the profiles.

For what it is, it's good but.. not great!

The graphics are good and stuff and there are different modes like fastest finger etc but..
sometimes when i press an answer something happens that makes the game decide i picked a different answer which is soo annoying!

Also there is very little difference from the junior mode from the adult mode and the junior mode is still really hard!

Not bad though, if you're a fan you will probably really like it!

Excellent game. Can't understand the negative reviews?? Sure the questions can be tough but for a Millionaire game that's pretty standard. What's the point in it being too easy. Personally, it's the same format but different questions to previous Millionaire games. If you want a challenge and enjoy questions this is an excellent choice.

     A tad disappointed

this game is good- i like the 3 lifelines you get and you can do fastest finger first which is good fun.
It's a fun game to begin with- but i found the questions for £500, £1000 a bit too difficult and the only way i could move up the money ladder was when i got a repeated question!
you also have to be careful when selecting your answer A, B, C, or D cause it sometimes knocks the one next to it and you end up selecting the wrong answer- but this can be avoided by using the buttons instead of the stylus.
A fun game, you'll like it if your a fan of the tv show.

     love it

I really like this game its so addictive but chris tarrants voice is very annoying i often just turn the sound off. The questions are very hard but do begin to repeat themselves when you have played it loads so you can memorise the answer which is why i cant put it down as i am winning more and more money as time goes on. Would definitely recommend this if you are a fan of the quiz show.

I thought the graphics on this game weren't too bad-compared to some games for the DS I have seen, but I thought the sound quality was very poor! I do not know if this will improve with earphones but haven't got any yet so cannot test this out yet! Ok if you like the TV show.
