Building on the success of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare for the Nintendo DS, developer n-Space returns with a game that delivers the grittiness and chaos of three historic campaigns into the player's hands. Call of Duty: World at War thrusts players into the ruthless and gritty chaos of WWII combat like never before and challenges them to band together to survive the most harrowing and climactic battles in both the European and Pacific theatres.

Minigames: More than seven types of minigames utilise the unique capabilities of the stylus and the dual screen interface. Players will transmit secret messages with Morse Code, disarm mines, parachute to safety, heal fellow soldiers and provide artillery support to achieve victory on some of the most chaotic battlefields in history.

Multiplayer: With more than 10 maps available for Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag and Hunter/Prey, players can challenge their friends to a multiplayer match at any time. Up to four people can fight with or against one another, with access to a wide array of weaponry including fan favourites MP44 and Sten machine guns.

This game is incredible. Absolutely incredible.
To start off, the ds isnt what you'd think as a fps console, this puts you preconceptive thought down. This defines shooting on a portable console.
The campaign is incredible, it's built on the ace cod4 engine, but with better graphics, more and more interesting minigames and 'awards' - like achievements for the x360, little challenges to get throughout your gaming experience.
The online is brilliant addition, along with the 'war room' and other unlocks, the guns and weapons system are lifelike, and a direct comparison to it on other formats.
If you dont own a ds, buy one. You cant call yourself a fps ds owner until you've played this.
Buy it. It's your duty.

 Good Game

Bought this xbox classic for 12 pounds. Didn't realise you need to spend the cost of 1600 points for the rest of the multiplayer maps and to play all of the game categories. The game itself is ok but one for the bin methinks.
