Cute and quite fun, but doesn't keep your attention for long

This is a quite nice title featuring quite a few great minigames (and some less good) and an interesting card-game (with online play!), but it probably won't keep your attention for long. It's a great title to pick up and play, but don't expect it to last long, even if it does have "Final Fantasy" in the title.

i bought this game because i like final fantasy games.
and if you play other ones, you'll see (especially at the end) how well they have linked it to the other final fantasy games,
with a very nice story and even some deep parts.
the games you have to play to get further in the story tie in cleverly with the scenery also.
a must have for final fantasy fans.

Excellent fun,if at all a bit short.
The mini and micro games are great fun and the usual cheeky humour is all there.
the card game system is a bit weird but is fun.

  cute and bubbly fun!

i was rather sceptical about buying this at first, considering squares bombardment of final fantasy merchandise wasnt completely great. it did have a really different touch and feel.
i was quiet pleased at how fun this game was colourful cheerful and cute little mini games, however i do want to state some of the mini games may seem to hard for younger children, but apart from that it was enjoyable.
i wouldnt say this is the best game in the world, but if you just simply like to sit down and have sum fun with mini games this is the right thing to have!

Absolutly amazing game, i have not been able to put it down.
Graphics and Music score are so enchanting.
Mini and Micro Games become seriously adictive.
World Wide card Battles with your Wifi makes this a absolute winner, i have played against japanese and american players from around the world.

  Choc(obo) full of fun!

I was initially sceptical that this would be a more childish variation on the traditional Final Fantasy theme, however this game has an appealing alure which will delight hardcore FF fans and newcomers alike.

Easy controls, some tight mini/micro game mechanics and an enjoyable card battling game which revisites some of the more famous summon creatures from previous games in the FF series (albiet in a more 'cutsey' form!).

Oh, and there's oodles of fun to be had from some of the music and sound effects which are parodies of some of the classic tunes we know and love from previous FF titles.

Highly recommended.

Chocobo + TCG + Minigames = EXTREME FUN

If you're having trouble deciding between FFIII and FF Chocobo Tales, let me tell you now, Chocobo Tales rises extremely high above the other.

Chocobo Tales is generally cute, but don't let that put you off! This is 3 games in one. The first is what could be classed as 'adventure'. This comes from exploring the overworld map. The two bigger ones are minigames, it's stacked with various micro and minigames to keep you going. The last is TCG. It plays like Yu-Gi-Oh! Lite. Easy to learn, and the most addictive feature of the full game.
