Review

The crazy worms are back and what better place to battle it out than conflicts throughout history and beyond. Worms love fighting each other and if we take a peek into the past, or even the future, we find they always have and always will... It's Worm World War!

Worms: Open Warfare 2 is a turn-based strategy game, where teams battle it out over randomly generated landscapes from across the ages.

Each team takes turns picking off the opposing worm teams, using crazy weapons, crafty tactics and whatever else they can lay their hands on along the way.

Worms die when they lose all of their health or if they drown. The last team standing when the dust settles is the winner.

This game is a must-have for people who like games that you can keep playing. It has lots of minigames and even has a landscape editor so you can design your own landscape. You can also connect with other people and play them wireless, even if they don't have the game for themself!

There is also this thing called the lab with lots of training factials and extra stuff. On the main menu there is a shop that you can buy more weopens and landscapes.

I hope that this review encourages you to buy the game as it is just awsome!!!

If you havent played worms...where have you been.
It was simply one of the best games on the Amiga, and is still a classic today.
With Worms: Open Warfare, they have tried to add some 3d grahpics, few new weapons etc, but its really still the same old amiega game, and thats not a bad things.
However now you can play online via WiFi which adds another fantastic element.

Only things that slightly annoys me is the camera angle, but its only a minor gripe, and for the price of £10, you cannot go wrong!

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars good old worms, returns

Hey i am a poet, anyway about this game it is enjoyable from start to finish the only thing that is wrong with it is that the 3d backgrounds are bland and boring, but never mind as you will be so in grossed in the game you won't have enough time to look at the backgrounds, there are a load of new weapons like the boomerang for instance and the laboratory mode is really good which makes this version better than the psp verison which doesn't have that mode.
