This charger has saved me so much bag space its untrue has many different chargers on it from a generic camera, to an Ipod, to a generic mp3 to ofc the DS one! Highly recommended.

If you have more than of PSP, DS, DS lite, iPod then this lead is a must - also buy a mains USB adapter so that you can plug this in away from the PC. Svaes rooting around for each of the adapters, just one plug taken up and able to charge any of the above at the same time! I've bought 2 now, one for home and one for the car. Fantastic service from Cablestar - both of mine came the next day after ordering in the afternoon!

 DS Power Supply Problem

The problem is not with the Power Supply. Sadly this is an Issue with the DS Lite. I bought my Daughter the Guitar Hero yesterday and the original power supply cable will not release from the socket. Having checked around some of the DS forums i found that this is a known issue with some of the Guitar hero versions of of the lite. Dont be put off buying the power supply.

Rather useful for a project I was working on

I recently came along some schematic for a portable USB power supply (that is to say a circuit which would run a USB powerable device off a 9v battery). Deciding this would be a good back up for my DS and PSP I started looking for adaptors for them both and came across this. Needless to say it saved me the effort of carrying too many cables.

I was also able to charge both devices at once which, given the lack of sockets in my room, was a godsend.
