Not too bad, but there are better choices in the field.

The object of the game is to find items cunningly hidden in various rooms which vaguely resemble Dali paintings. This is the core of the gameplay, with breif minigames at intervals.

Each of the rooms searched are tenuously linked by a simple plot, a cast of half baked characters, and pun heavy dialogue. The game lacks the charm, humour, and depth of Professor Layton and Phoenix Wright, it's two closest contemporaries.

MCF: MillionHeir would be a decent purchase at about £15, but for the £25 I paid, there are far better titles on the market which employ similar gameplay.

Alternate Titles:
Professor Layton and the Curious Village
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (and it's two direct sequels)
Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney

 DISAPPOINTED

i completed all 10 chapters in about 4 hours! ! The game was good but alot of money for 4 hours worth of gaming! i was really disapointed and annoyed when i realised i had completed the game

OK if you like searching for random things, but very short

This is a great game if you love looking for random objects in a picture which have nothing to do with the story !!!!
Finished the Rookie level in about 3 hours, have started the Detective level which is exactly the same story and exactly the same pictures (apart from you now get a time limit to search for the objects) by which time you have got to know where most of the hidden objects are, as they don't move around.
Overall nowhere near worth £25 of your hard earned money and not a patch on the Professor Layton games.

 MillionHeir Magic!

If you enjoy 'searching' games this is for you. The graphics are fantastic, they have obviously spent many hours creating the visuals for this game and it's a lot of fun searching through the 'rooms' finding the objects and evidence. Between these search games are puzzles to break the 'search' monotony.

I only gave this game 3 stars because, even though the graphics are superb the game isn't much of a 'detective' game - there is a computer detective telling you basically what to do next, so there isn't much to work out - though, you have choice between playing as a Rookie or fully fledge Detective... because I obviously hadn't played the game before I chose Rookie... but once I had completed there didn't seem much point to go back and solve it all again as a Detective - so maybe you'll have a better game play if you choose Detective on your first go.

The story line is good but I had completed this game within a few hours, so don't expect to be taxing your brain solving the clues - you won't be.

All in all it is a good game but short and easy.

 disappointing

I did not think that this was a detective game, as all you are doing is searching for items. There was no problem to solve. It was very repetitive and was not as good as expected, considering the price. I loved Professor Layton, and thought that this would be on the same lines, but the puzzles are a lot easier.
