In this innovative game, players can upload Pokémon from their Game Boy Advance games Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire, and battle against friends on their televisions through Nintendo GameCube. With a collection of arenas to choose from, players can enter their Pokémon in a tournament or battle it out in four-player multi-battles, making each experience unlike the last. Players also can join with a friend to combine strengths in new two-on-two battles and demonstrate their Pokémon prowess as a team.
  • A follow-up to the highly popular Pokémon Stadium and Pokémon Stadium 2 games for Nintendo 64, Pokémon Colosseum continues the fun and excitement in collecting a whole new batch of Pokémon characters.
  • Completely compatible with Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire, players can battle with more than 200 Pokémon from the two games on their Nintendo GameCube. Players simply insert their Pokémon Ruby or Pokémon Sapphire game into the Game Boy Advance, connect to a Nintendo GameCube via the Nintendo GameCube Game Boy Advance cable, and Pokémon appear in Pokémon Colosseum!
  • Up to four players, each with a Game Boy Advance system, can connect to Nintendo GameCube and battle their Pokémon against each other. Pokémon Masters must overpower the competition in various tournaments to become the best Pokémon trainer ever.

 Decent game, slow battles

A decent game, with loads of good pokemon to catch, but u can't catch your favourite pokemon, such as groudon or kyogre. You have to wait until the end to transfer them from your GBA to play them in colliseum. The battles are so sloooow and the pokemon act like drama queens when they faint!!!! Overall, some interesting battles, a snag system and good storyline. A game worth getting 4 poke fans.

Its Good!! But No Where As Good As Pokemon Diamond And Pearl

Well its a good game!!! Great for wandering and just battling!!! Its totally like pokemon stadium 1 and 2 !!! But what i hated was that theres shadow pokemon?? Its silly!! Pokemon is about catching wild pokemon and not evil pokemon turned bad!!!

But the graphics are well done for a gamecube game!! As i have my wii the graphics are just under battle revoloution

If you have spare money buy this game!!!!

But if you have alot of money!!! Buy pearl!!! And an action replay lol

got this game like 4years ago or whenever it came out just wrighting this because i was bored and looking around play.com :P i loved all the pokemon games played them many many years and its awesome when it came out but dont buy it now since theirs a new 1 for gamecube and new 1 out soon on wii. still very good when it came out lots of fun just like the old pokemon games but with awesome graphics basicly, i would of gave it a 4, but it dosent feel like pokemon, since u play as a rebel, i watched pokemon while playing the games many years ago and loved being able to do both but this doesnt have the pokmon feel, feels liek FFX with pokemon

 Pokemon Colo, avarage game

Good game, but i would not say it is the best pokemon game out there.
Graphics are great, and some nice looking locations, but the story mode is very limited to what you can do.
Unlike the other pokemon GBA games, you can only capture certan kind of pokemon (Shadow Pokemon) and purifying them takes up alot of time.
Most likely the greatist thing is transfering your own pokemon to battle in 3D and being able to transfer some other, more rarer pokemon to your GBA.

 best game ever
