A decent game, with 3 campaigns and many Missions within these campaigns.
The graphics are Average for the time it was released
The armies are slightly unbalanced, with the GLA (terrorists) being slightly underhand to the might of the USA armies.

I would recommend this game if you are looking for a decent strategy game, which is original compared to the other games on the market.

I have both Generals and its expansion pack Zero Hour - the difference is unprecedented! I think Generals extremely average, while Zero Hour is perhaps the best RTS title going (I still play it 4 years on). The downside is you need to have Generals installed in order to install and play Zero Hour expansion pack but I strongly recommend them if you like Real Time Strategy! I believe you can buy them together and there's also C&C Decade if you want every C&C game to date (apart from C&C3 which is rubbish anyway).

 Not Bad.

C&C Generals is a worthy sequal to its predessesors such as Red Alert and Tiberian Sun.

The gameplay is average and so are the graphics.

I would only buy this if nothing else suits your fancy.

So overall, its just a decent game.

Other games i would recommend include Empire Earth 2 or Act of War (which is quite similar).
