The Burning Crusade adds more to the initial disk and fans will go weak at the knees at all the new bits.

Good points...
1. Kids and special kinds of adults love it
2. It creates an alternate world for people to exist in
3. Its continually expanding to give you more and more to do
4. You can watch videos on the web of other people battling, join a clan to help in battles and create your own characters.

Bad points
1. Its a subscription game so this part is just the bait
2. You have to sign up to play this with your credit/debit card
3. There is a small box somewhere on one page that if you don't untick it (its auto-ticked for your convenience) then they will continue to take money every month until you spot it
4. It eats hard disk space, so for all the updates it gives you you have to have huge amounts of space and if your hard disk can't take the latest update… more »

5. As a kids you're living the fantasy playing for fun, as adults it'll turn you into the biggest geek ever and people will loathe hearing about every hour you waste of your lives on this...but it is a free world* so please enjoy.

When the original WoW (World of Warcraft) came out it was a phenomenom, easilly dominating the whole MMORPG market and destroying all competitiors with it's affordable monthly fee's, huge scale, replayabiltiy and group gameplay.
It was of course inevitable that there would be an eventual expansion pack to the game, many people stated the fact that what else could be added to WoW? Wasnt it already a perfect game? Well The Burning Crusade has certainly made it one of the greatest game's ever created to date.
I'll start of with the easiest new features, Blizzard have decided to gift us with two, amazingly historic and beautiful new races. The evil Blood Elves and the Spiritual, Religious Draenai. Not only are these both the greatest race available to date for both factions, Blizzard have introduced two brand new starter zones to these characters. Not only have Blizzard given player's the ability to play as two awesome new races, they have expanded, upon a game world that is difficult to take in, and added a whole new continent. Outland, which many Warcraft fan's will be familiar with, has been added and player's are given freedom to explore, and carry out the many more quests that can be given out in Outland.
Another strong add on to the game is the addition of PvP Battlegrounds, where more than 5 v 5 Ally and Horde members combat, giving a true sense of the whole experience of Warcraft, as characters can gain ranks via these gamemodes and the fantastic PvP service gives away an amazing sense of open warfare with a threatening enemy.
Finally, in my opinion of the major Add On's to WoW, are the dungeon's. Player's can participate in many more raid's and instances with their freinds. However, for the first time ever, a serious Warcraft Canon plays a part in the instances. Illidian Stormrage, Kil'Jaden and Archimonde. Also the factor of the brand new Caverns of Time in which player's can participate in fantastic battle's from the old Warcraft Universe which is a massive, and impressive feature.
Overall, the main new features of WoW are the two brand new races, the huge new continent Outland, Battleground's, two brand new proffessions and new and improved instances and raid's. What else could a WoW player ask for? The Burning Crusade was the Highest Selling PC Game ever at it's release, a pure Homage to the mastery that is Blizzard's World of Warcraft
