Theme Hospital

This game is a few years old and on some systems it is best to lower your graphics resolution on your desktop before you begin but the game provides hours of fun for all.
You begin with an empty hospital wing and must fit it out with everything from a reception desk and benches to psychiatric rooms and pharmacy's.
You have to employ all your staff and the better they are the more they cost and the wose they are the more people will die! (But they are cheap!!!)
The game is light hearted with amusing tannoy calls from the receptionist and a range of bizarre conditions and illnesses from bloaty head to kidney beans and alien DNA .
Each level you progress, more and more problems can occur from epidemics to earthquakes, and more skill is required in setting your staff protocols. This controls when they can rest and how long to keep diagnosing and charging patients (the longer the diagnosis the more money you will take from each patient but set the process too long and you end up with a hospital of infected or nearly dead people.).
You can have a lot of fun just building your hospital and keeping it simple or you can really go into detail with research and policies.

Graphics: OK, as good as they need to be

At the price you can pick it up now it is a must for all gamers and work dodgers!

I love this game, it's very entertaining and if you think it wont work on Windows 7 think again. You can get a free package that makes this game work on windows 7 that also improves the graphics, it is called corsixTH. Just google it and after you have put theme hospital on your computer download corsixTH and it will work on windows 7 with great graphics. I am so glad people decided to restore this true classic!

This game was so good it had me glued for ages with all the silly medical conditions in it!

Used to be addicted years ago, recently found it out and i still love it. i cant believe how cheap it is on here these days compared to what we payed years ago!

This is what PC games are made of. Personally i think games consoles have the best games on the planet and all PC games were boring but this... THIS has won my heart. It is brilliant and never gets old. The hospital announcments and the machines are the best.
