Grand Theft Auto 4: Episodes From Liberty City (Includes The Lost And Damned & The Ballad Of Gay Tony)

On GTA 4 I do the benchmark test with 1920x1200 reso, most details on high except for shadows, water reflections, lighting which are low (as I dont notice the difference but notice big performance difference within all games) and I get 58 average fps with vertical sync on, I then try and play lost and damned and wow drops allover the place and couldn't be bothered to even attempt to play it.
I have a decent pc a gtx 295 graphic card, 8gb ddr corsair dominator 1066mhz, quadcore 9650 at 3.8ghz., really is a poorly optimized game, I can run every other game maxxed out to the hill with no worries.
As for the 2 campaigns I can say they are ok as played on xbox 360 bit short, gay tony being much better than lost and damned.

Bought this game last week and ouch my computer hated it.
I have a up to date PC, running the latest drivers and software,
DDR3 Ram, 8GB of it.
All requirements met really.

But wow, i installed lost and dammed and played this first, got into the game, setup the settings for my computer (normally maxed out), got into game and LAGG jees, never seen so much lagg, cut scenes, moving and shooting just all slow motion.

So i lowered the settings to the lowest possible, no change, all so slow. Thinking it was a install problem i installed Ballad of tony, same thing, unsure why this is happening because my PC runs GTA4 original just fine... Interesting Rockstar.... Needs patching or something.

Id only recommend this to users who own a up to date top notch PC running at least 8 GB or more RAM. Needs Processor speed and it eats your PC :(

this game is quality im playing on a ati 5870 and the graphics are excellent, it has a excellent story line and is good value for money as it has 2 games. its taking me ages to complete as there are loads of extra missions u can do. would def recommend this!
