Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords is the next chapter to the award winning game of 2003. Set in the unique timeframe of the Old Republic, 4,000 years before Star Wars Episode I, The Sith Lords features an all-new more perilous storyline, new characters, classes, locations and force powers.
Approximately five years after the events of the original Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, the Jedi, nearly brought to an end by the Sith, are on the brink of extinction. The galaxy is in turmoil and the Republic no longer has the strength to protect its worlds. Sith Assassins are hunting the one they believe to be the last of the Jedi, the one who holds the key to the fate of the galaxy - You.
In addition to an all-new storyline, The Sith Lords will feature a host of memorable returning characters along with sinister new villains. Using over 30 new Force powers, players can turn weak-minded enemies against one another in combat with Force Confusion or see through doors and view character alignment with Force Sight. Players can also explore and battle their way through seven diverse worlds, including the mining colony of Peragus and Telos, a wasteland being rebuilt after its destruction during the war in the original game.
After creating a Jedi from the start with access to specific Jedi abilities, players can split their party to use several characters from your team for concurrent side quests. Tasked with protecting the Old Republic and the Jedi Order from its ultimate demise, players will be challenged with choosing the light side of the Force or surrendering to the lure of the dark side - as the fate of the galaxy hangs in the balance...

It is exceptional. Just as good and exciting as the first one. Not only does it have great graphics and gameplay, its also extremely diverse. The play is slightly different for the 3 different classes, and the story is different for the male, female light and dark side. This means you have to complete it at least 4 times to do everything. My life went out the window when i got this and i cant wait for the next one.

One of the all time Greats

This game had a lot to live up to, which it did very well. So much more depth and freedom to do what you want and take the storyline you're own unique way, either become a dark Sith Lord hell bent on killing everything in sight or a Jedi Master protecting and helping wherever you can.

The equipment customization system works really well and gives you're character a real unique feel, the ability to customize you're lightsaber was taken to the next level with KOTOR II making it a lot more 'Jedi' like.

A lot more focus on Jedi than the first game, But from a different angle.

Big Fan of KOTOR I & II, lets see a third!

The other reviews are complaining about personal problems, say they may not have the most updated version of their video card drivers or the right DX version or whatever

This game is well worth playing if your a Starwars fan - Its not as strong as the first game as it was done by a different producer but is still a worthy asset to the series and for less than £10, i can recommend it to anybody

And as a side-note: I never had any problems running the game on several computers

 Its Good But...

This game is an awesome game once you can get it to work, there are many problems that could not be fix with this game because the idiots at lucasarts rushed obsidian, so what could of been the most awesome starwars game is the second best, first being bioware's original.

All in all once you get this game to work it is an awesome game, you'll just have to put up with saving every 10 mins to make sure that you have your game incase it crashes (btw i think it only crashes on vista but i havnt tested it on xp yet)

 this game is good but.
