England can play in Copa America as the competition allows two invites to other countries however it is never realisticly going to be England but it is possible and not a fault.
Furthermore there is new 'confidence' section which is garbage as it means nothing. Also before each game you are asked the same question over and over again which is often irrelevant to any outcome of the game which at times seems completley random. As a manager you are also asked to comment on penalty decisions which is ridiculous as the players are stupid blobs so how can you tell if its a penalty. Other problems are purely aesthetical - you will need to download a new skin aswel because it is basically white and annoying. The game is liek 05, 06 and 07just with a few more anoying features.
There are good sides - its better than FIFA manager or anything else because it is on the whole a vry good game but just very similar to the others and also irritating as you need to download extra stuff to make it playable.
In addition nce you get used to the avoidable problems and downloaded the patch it becomes a very addictive and rewarding game. Once you develop your managerial career after a few seasons you realise that signing plaers becomes easier and very rewarding.
To sum up - same old same old - effort to make playable - but very addictive as always - basically what you would expect. If you havnt bought the game yet then i wouldn't - wait for 09!
