The last days of man are at hand. Two years after the Infinite War the once great warring nations now lie in ruins, and humanity's hope for a brighter future is nothing but a bitter memory. A new, seemingly unstoppable enemy, supported by the zealots of The Order, now seeks to eradicate mankind; UEF, Aeon Loyalist, and Cybran alike. With their backs against the wall and staring into the abyss, the tattered remnants of Humanity's forces must put aside old hatreds and band together as they prepare to make one last desperate stand. One last chance. An alliance forged in blood, steel and hope, they turn to face the dark.

New Playable Faction: A completely new playable faction will be available in multiplayer games and serve as the main threat during the new single-player campaign. This new threat is a cunning and devious race with advanced technology and are true masters of quantum technology. New weapons, new strategies, new conquests!

New Units: 110 new land, sea, air, base and experimental units evolve armies to address strategic weaknesses or become the ultimate expressions of factional military doctrine.

Warfare on an Epic Scale: Fully realized navies, orbital weaponry and advanced counter intelligence technologies give commanders unprecedented, deadly new capabilities in what is already the most strategic RTS on the market today.

New Multiplayer Maps: New multiplayer battlefields provide new grounds for players to prove their supremacy.

New Single Player Campaign: Play through a brand new single player campaign as you gather your forces to save mankind from extinction.

         Beta Test

Although the game is not yet released, I have played the Multiplayer BETA, and the graphics are fantastic. It hits your graphics card hard at high settings, But drop them a bit and it runs smoothly. Excellent gameplay - true to the Supreme Commander experience. New and improved AI, and the User Interface is also improved allowing for a better laid out screen and a more user friendly gaming experience. A few minor problems from the original game have also been sorted out. Loads of new units, and the new faction (I'll not tell you who it is ;-) ) looks fantastic and is excellent to play with.

I thoroughly recommend this game. Fantastic even if you didn't play the first one!

This game is simply amazing, if you have the rig to play this and like rts please buy it!
My second request to you is that you dont give it 10 mins and judge it, you need to complete the campaign and play several multiplayer games before you fully appreciate the magnitude quality and overall brilliance of this game.
This is majorly apparent in faction diversity a new player to this game wouldnt notice the extreme diversity between the factions because its not obviously apparent like in starcraft or C&C but the way each unit handles moves changes direction and even the velocity and angle of its shots are extremly important. Its also the best multiplayer experience ive ever had!
Words cant do the depth of this game justice, you need to play it and try so many different strats in comparison to SC and C&C that your head explodes. The only limit is peoples imagination, which is why this game isnt as popular as it should be ;). People like to have the strategies predefined for them instead of creating and implimenting their own unique ones!
I also love the graphic design allthough this can be considered a weak point as with the amazingly usefull strategic zoom, you dont see much of it! However watching replays in this game are allmost as fun as playing! You can watch individual tanks duke it out or entire formations getting layed to waste! This is where you appreciate the graphics, but more than that! from these replays you gain extremely usefull tactical insights into build order, scouting, tech choice, air support, naval warfare, nuclear warfare, use of experimentals, the strength of combined arms and more!
If you have alot of time for hardcore RTS that redifines scope scale and skill then try SupCom FA! (its cheap too)

P.S If you are having performance issues REMEMBER TO TURN THE RANGE RINGS OFF! They EAT your rig alive!

The follow up from supreme commander is certainly nothing but phenomenal.
Unlike most sequels it provides very different gameplay and a lot of new objects.
The new race is pretty cool but i think it is unfair how it has less experimentals than the other factions (maybe a point for improvement in the next game)
It is great fun to play online and on in skirmish modes, the factions are all pretty equal so, if you enjoy wiping out bases with your asrmy of bots then look no further, this is the game for you!!!

The Best RTS Game Ever By Miles

If you are into commanding big armys and blowing stuff up with cool weapons then this game is for you.

I would highly recommend this game to anyone. Even if you don't like RTS games this one should convert you.

SC:FA is also one of the easyest game to mod, which is always great to know.

There is only one problem with the game you need a high spec PC to get the best out of the game.

My system speciation is as follow,

        Intel Core 2 Extreme X6800 2.93GHz, 4GB Elixir PC2-5300/667mhz DDR2, Sapphire 2600XT 256MB GDDR4 PCI-E, 500GB Seagate SATAII HDD - 16MB Cache, XP and Vista Home Premium,

        and SC:FA slaughters my PC
