Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath (Expansion Pack)

I was very disapointed when i brought C&C3 as the game had gone completely off plot from the game before "tiberian sun" that i had played so much when i was younger, EA seemed to have ruined the series until i heard about this and the return of the true C&C, soon as i heard it was released i rushed down to buy it. (ok i know, i love C&C too much but this review is honest enough), i installed and went straight into skirmish, if anyone has played a C&C game from red alert onwards they would know that the games are known for their "sub" factions that enhance the game play for multi with unique units for each, whereas kanes wrath doesnt have as many as previous C&C games, they are alot more complex than previous ones. You still get to play the "standard" main faction for each as well as the "sub" factions if you prefer, but as for me i much prefer playing as the "black hand" (NOD sub faction) than the regular NOD. but the options there. As for campaign i havent got that far, only into the 5-6 mission, and im loving it! The acting from the previous games isnt as good but its still a great story driver.

Overall a good expansion to make a dead series more lively :D (well done EA (for once lol)

If you played C&C3, you must play this game. I have mentioned in a review for C&C3 that it picks up the loose ends of the story created in prequels and ties them up but this goes even beyond that.

it is just amazing to say the least.

Also the new feature of global conquest is really fun. 3 new HUGE units - one for every entity(GDI NOD and Scrin), I'll say it again just amazing.

This is a brilliant expansion to the cnc universe with new factions and a new story. With the brilliant reception that this got, i think we will see more cnc games in the future!

This expansion pack is great all the different branches like black hand and marked of kane ,global conquest mode and the epic units but let admit the jugganaut is nothing compared to the avatar
or tripod so i would have thought they would have brought back the
mamoth mk2 which would even out the battlefield.

This expansion for cnc3 is worth buying if you are the type of person to enjoy "extra content" , however most people might be put off by there only being a NOD storyline, which is if you are a serious cnc fan , pretty short, all in all, this is worth buying for the extra units, new subfactions and increased online activity .
