The game has just arrived through my door and i thought id write a comment on the customer service.
This was the second time i had ordered this product, the first it never came. Now you may think i am going to moan and rant about this but quite the contrary. Mistakes do happen and things do get lost in the post and this is not play.com's fault.
But when i phoned up to report this their customer service was brilliant, very helpful and straightaway they sent another copy with no questions asked. At first i didnt believe they had but then when i looked at my account it said packing, this was 2 days ago. I woke up this morning to find it posted through my door.
I will definitely shop at play.com again!
