Honestly ignore all bad reviews of this game. It is superb and one of the most adrenaline packed multiplayer games available. The graphics flow superbly and the gameplay is just so fast and so aggresive it does exactly wot an unreal tournament game should do. Unlike many games, the weapons are very balanced with no single weapon dominating matches (unlike the sniper rifle in the original UT). U can join games instantly online as so many ppl r playing - including sniper only matches and awesome instagib capture the flag games! Fantastic game with no ridiculous adrenaline powerups that appeared in UT2004.

Unreal Tournament is best played online or at Lan parties, the solo side of the game is an introduction to showcase what the game/engine is capable of.
Since the game was released, there as been 3 patches and a bonus pack, and lots of quality user created content, which as put the game into a nice prospective.
The Unreal Editor that comes with the game is mind blowing with what it can do, and if you get the Limited Collector's Edition , it comes with video tutorials to show you how to use the the editor.
You can also make content for which can be converted to the Playstation 3 version of UT3.
For £17.99 the Collector's Edition is fantastic for its money.

If you are unsure whether to get this game from what other people have said, ignore them. This game is absouletely action packed and is fun for hours on end. Crammed full of mega kills and monster kills with blood and gore blasting all over the screen from start to finish. All the weapons are fun to use and there are loads of vehicles to choose from aswell. And if all that wasn't enough there are dozens of maps, online gameplay and the option to choose what your character looks like from over 100 choices. This game is a must buy for any hardcore fps player. If you don't buy this, you will certainly regret it a few months down the line.
