Just get NFS ProStreet, Most Wanted or Carbon. They are much easier to play in terms of vehicle control and the graphics are terrible. They are actually better in the much older Most Wanted and Carbon games. If you want the arcade action that this game is supposed to deliver - play Most Wanted and Carbon - they are great. If you want simulation/semi-simulation - play ProStreet

Very surprised by this, progress is supposed to go forwards not backwards.
Pro Street is the much better game, and thats not perfect.

Controls are rubbish in Undercover, there are no deadzones so the slight wobble on the analogue sticks on the Xbox controller are used in game, so its almost impossible to stay in a straight line.

Graphical glitching, and the graphics don't look as nice as Pro Street, there seems to be too much going on, and far too much HDR, I've got them on Max too, and it runs smoothly etc, but it just doesn't look as good.

If you've not got Pro Street yet, get that instead, its a much better game than Undercover.

I have to say I don't get any frame rate problems (but this is using 8800GT and quad core). Graphics good, gameplay very fast and it gives you a good sense of speed. Soundtrack awesome (especially pendulum). Addictive game. Anyone know how many levels there are?
