I finally invested in a laptop after a year of debating, mainly so i could play this game. i am a huge fan of LOTR's having read the books & watched the films countless times & thought it would be amazing to play a game of this depth within middle earth. As my first MMO i wasnt disapointed, the game is brilliant. graphics are good enough (im used to console graphics which arent as cartoony) & the missions interesting. i took a while getting the hang of the whole MMO format, controls etc, but once i had the game flowed as slow or as fast as i wanted. the intro section i found quite extensive so by the time u leave that u feel ready to take on everything the game has to offer. the sound is ok, shame they couldn't get the sound track from the films, but not the end of the world. its just great being able to explore round middle earth!! a definate pruchase for tolkien fans & non tolkien fans alike as this is a very good game!!

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars Great fun

Ill keep this simple , ive played all the other online games and this is the most chilled and fun .
Wow is and always will be a front runner but people are getting fed up with it as stated by a few people it gets spoiled by the idiots on there .
This has some nice little bits to make it interesting like titles and the skills need more input unlike Wow .
O and Wamphyri71 , there wont be and mages or wizards because there was only ever 5 that came to middle earth and they are the most feared and powerfull beings here . By creating a class to equal them would be totally against what Tolkien wrote and that wont ever be allowed to happen .

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars A fantastic game!
