This has got to be the biggest disappointment in the history of PC games, even more disappointing than Far Cry 2 (at least that worked). I bought this for a steal and was looking forward to playing it. However, I had to install 2 pieces of additional software (Rockstar Games Social Club and Microsoft Games for Windows - Live). I found that unless I have these 2 programs running and logged in the game is unplayable from the start. Even with both these programs running and logged in the game only runs ok for about 5 minutes before it becomes jerky and again, unplayable. I have altered the specs to minimum with no joy, even though i have an Athlon 64 X2 Dual Processor 6000+ (3Ghz) , 2GB of DDR3 RAM, a N260 GTX Graphics Card and plenty of hard drive space. Rockstar have certainly created a doughnut in this and i will be selling this game asap. I have GTA4 on my Xbox 360 but I bought the PC version as I preferred using the mouse and keyboard for the game. I will be going back to the Xbox… more »

I hate the fact that you have to sign up to these 2 programs in order to play the game, something that you don't need to do when playing the xbox version.
