Peggle (PC & Mac)

The Grandad (58) of the family got this for Christmas. Grandson (7) had a go. Mum (36) had a go. Dad (32) had a go. Mum put a copy on the home PC, then played for 5 hours straight. Dad has since played for 5 hours straight. Grandson is allowed to play in short bursts. Mum is in her element; she can't play Lego on the PC because the movement makes her feel ill, but Peggle...... oh yes! um and Dad take it in turns to beat each other's scores on the Challenges, and get the trophy first.

Fun for all the family? Too right!

Who thought that firing a small metal ball at pegs could be fun? Not me thats for sure. I first had the demo which i completed and got bored of 3 stages. I then introduced the game to my mum (what a mistake!). She said the game was alright when she started. She didn't get of the thing til she had completed the demo!
My mum kept playing on the game until one day when she decided to buy the full version.
It was so cool! There are now 11 stages and 60 levels! Unlock all 10 guides to help you. So me and my mum completed the game (in less than 10 days!). Things were looking better until she kept going on it almost everyday for up to 2 hours! Things are turning from bad to worse! There is a leaderboard on each level so she is trying to get to the top on every single one! I like the game but, oh how i wished i never showed it anyone else! It could have been my little slice of heaven! :(

It's rare that a game is this good, but almost unknown. Kids and adults alike will enjoy it but it should come with a warning for guys - your women will keep you off your PC for days once they get to play this, utterly addictive!
