Adventurers have long travelled to the shrouded continent of Xen'drik to explore ancient ruins and discover the treasures hidden beneath. The bustling frontier city of Stormreach, a cauldron of ambition and secret plots, has grown on the edges of this dark and dangerous continent, safe and secure as the gateway to Xen'drik. But now danger threatens. Few explorers who set out adventuring the lands near Stormreach ever return, and those that do bring back only tales of death and destruction.
Are you a match for the fearsome denizens of the dungeons below? Can you discover the secret mysteries that threaten Stormreach's very existence? Forge your destiny in DUNGEONS & DRAGONS ONLINE.

Great game (even if it's old)

Been playing this game since launch (had a 3 month semi break) and I'm still active. What they promised and what we got is not 100% the same but the community in game is outweighing that.
At the current price I would recommend this game to any MMO-player out there - and DDO has by far the most freedom when creating and building you characters Abilities/Skills/Enhancements I've seen in any MMO game.
Brilliant

One of the least fashionable / publicised mmo's and yet the best, in my humble opinion.
The game has a steep learning curve, but is immensely rewarding once you get the hang of it.
An absolute must for anyone who enjoys online gaming - especially at this price.
