Good but not as good as Fallout 3

I have just finished this game and the game is a bit repetative. The fighting and the locations, after a few days of this it became a bit of a chore and the ending is a bit weak too.Maybe, if i played this before Fallout 3 I may have a different opinion after all this game is nearly 5 years old, but for me Fallout 3 /New vegas are much better RPG's

A game I strongly recommend buying. Have it on Xbox 360 and Ps3. Best RPG there is, as the main story line is great and the enchanting of weapons and armour is endless. Great side quests and if the game isn't enough, download the Shivering Isles Expansion Pack for a whole new story. Or get Knights of the Nine for yet another story. On Xbox 360, also there is extra DLC with a Castle and Wizards Tower.
Brilliant game. 5/5*

I first bought Oblivion for my Xbox and loved it. After a while I got bored of it because I had completed most of the storyline quests and there not much else I felt like doing. However I decided to invest in the PC version and when I played (I used the cheat console) I was blown away with more options than ever I could buy the Skingrad house and do whatever I wanted without getting killed. Although there are a vast amount of bugs within the game as long as you don't do anything to trigger them nothing will happen. I think this game is a MUST BUY for any RPG players out there and personally I can't wait for the Elder Scrolls V.

Heroes and Villains Wanted: Saving The World Optional

You start out as a prisoner in the imperial jail. What did you do? Doesn't matter: its what you do next that matters. You witness The Emperor getting murdered a bit, but before you see his early appointment with Mr Pointy The Dagger Of Doom, he gives you an Amulet which nobody but the next Emperor can wear. You're supposed to give it to some monk or another that is his secret son. Or, like me, you can sell the Amulet and buy yourself some decent armor and weapons, as well as a horse. The game doesn't force you to be a good guy or penalize you heavily or unfairly for being a bad guy. It lets you be you. Sure, you can save the worthless peasants of various villages, but that doesn't mean you can't slaughter them later on either!! Kudos, Belthazar, I am your fan!

Truly Incredible. There aren't many RPGs out there that are better than the Elder Scrolls series, and Oblivion doesn't let its predecessors down one bit. It really is a fantastic game, regardless of whether your an RPGer or not.

Okay, I was getting bored of RuneScape. So I decided I needed a better game. I looked on youtube, and I found Oblivion was a great one. I looked it for the 360, and it was only £9.99 at that moment. I bought it. It was truly AMAZING. I can say to this game: ABCCEM-TGGR. (Amazing, Brilliant, Collosal, Cool, Epic, Mind-Taking, Great, Good and Realistic.

So then i decided to buy it for PC, to try out my new Vista. And boy, it was a great success.

If you hate RPG games, then I'd still get it- Its not all about fighting. You can buy a home and live peacefully. If you like RPG games, then this is a Truly must-get. The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is one of the best games I have ever seen in my life. Well done Bestheda Softworks.
