Broken Sword 1 & 2 Double Pack

Whats this that i read? £5 for TWO great games that I belive to be part of one fantastic series of strategy/Adventure games? I can honestly say that its a bargain!

To me, the Broken Sword series has been one of my favorite series of strategy/Adventure games, and out of all 4 of the games i think that the first 2 (the ones for sale here) are the best out of them all

Back in the good old days of 2D graphics. To me i think the series should of stayed 2D as i think it looks more perfect.

- Both games are full of beautiful and colourful levels and everything is always so detailed. To put it simply, both games are a visual treat.

- The music in both games is fantastic and certainly sets the mood of the levels/stages that there are.

-Both games have fantastic stories that will keep you gripped until the very end.

- Another great thing about both these games is that fact that they are both full of interesting challenges and puzzles that will make you really think and may keep you up at night thinking about them.

This package is a must buy! I got these games when they first came out all those years ago and yet i still play them both.

Both these games show you what adventure games should be.

I bought this game about 10 years ago now and since i have bought a xbox 360 and a wii. The games for these consoles are good but in my opinion nothing will ever top broken sword. I hear that they are going to be bringing a movie out based on these first 2 games so that proves there is a great adventure storyline in there.

Cant count how many times ive played these games, brilliant memories from my childhood, A MUST HAVE GAME FOR CHRISTMAS AT THIS BARGAIN PRICE, A GAME OF THIS QUALITY AND ENTERTAINMENT FOR ME CANT BE MEASURED IN PRICE.... APSELUTELY FANTASTIC GAMES!

This game is incredible, both of them are incredible and only for a fiver you would be stupid not to, you will love the lead character George Stobart, and the story is genuinely gripping and to a certain degree accurate in a historical sense too, so your getting a history lesson and an awesome game, Wait two awesome games for less then two pints in your local boozer and I guarantee this will last way longer to.

I was aged 10 when The Shadow of The Templars was released, At such a young age, I couldn't believe how such a simply constructed game could open my eyes. From the exciting story, the memorable characters, the artwork (which in my opinion is the only way ANY of the Broken Sword games should've been presented), to the music score - Shadow of The Templars is possibly one of the greatest games I have ever played. And by far, my favourite.

If this game has eluded you, seriously, buy it buy it buy it. It's pocket money price. It's easy to play, it's fun to play, it's addictive to play. It's everything you could want out of an adventure game and then some.

The Smoking Mirror is a brilliant game aswell, it's fairly shorter, but it's still a great play. A tad more comedic and less serious at times...
It keeps to the animated 2D style of it's predecessor, and the plot more or less follows directly from it. So you'll no doubt encounter a few characters you meet on your way during Shadow!

The Broken Sword series is, in my opinion, still way underrated, and overlooked by gamers, critics and fanatics.

It's a must own for any adventure or puzzle gamer.
