Guitar Hero III: Legends Of Rock - Aerosmith Bundle (includes Legends Of Rock, Guitar Hero: Aerosmith & Guitar Controller) (PC)

On its release it took a bit of a slating for its high system requirments but later on a patch was released for people with lower specs... The game play is amazing and great fun and the songs on Legends of Rock (which comes with the pack as well as Aerosmith) have songs for everyone. On an unoffical upside you can find sites that show and teach you how to add your own music collection to the game, making this better then the consell versions. Tad tricky at first if you haven't played any of the previous ones but well worth the buy. Only downside is PC version does not have the download parts that the consells do. Other then that its a must for ANY rocker!

So, I know the Guitar Hero game franchise has been out there for a while, but it doesn't mean you shouldn't try this game if you haven't before. You'll find yourself trying to get longer "note streaks" and more stars on the reviews until you feel ready to try the next level of difficulty, and you'll start over again, trying to be as good as on the previous level. Good rock music will keep you going.

I never played the guitar and I suppose that helps - I actually feel like I'm playing the guitar for real (since I don't know what that's like I easily convince myself that playing Guitar Hero is how it feels!). Knowing it is very different from playing an actual guitar doesn't really matter. After all, playing Call of Duty is not like being in an actual war either, thank God.

Guitar Hero (Legends of Rock & Aerosmith) releases my inner rock star much like Singstar already released my inner pop star.

Got this today and my PC runs Vista 64 bit - box says it doesn't support it but I've had no problems as yet! As for how it runs - well, brilliantly! Just stay above those minimum specs and you'll be fine! : )
