In an epic story full of plot twists and turns, it becomes clear that the troubles plaguing Chernarus are deeper than anyone thought and the battle intensifies to extreme levels.

True open world war simulator

ARMA 2 is the only true open world war game on market at the moment. You can play everywhere on a huge 225 square kilometer terrain and create infinite amount of different scenarios in the mission editor. (You can have hundreds of units from different factions fighting simultaneously.)
With the latest 1.04-patch the game is stable and mostly bug free considering the overwhelming size and scope of the game.
ARMA 2 is best played with a group of friends on a realistic mission. It includes built-in VOIP and JIP (join-in-progress).
This game is not your average corridor shooter where you move from checkpoint to checkpoint killing bad guys and then repeat. In ARMA 2 the missions can take hours (if you choose so) and you can use real military tactics better than in any other title release so far.
Good Game If You Got The Patients

If you can get over a few bugs, the realy poor voice acting and willing to play slower than a game of call of duty then its a good game, a huge area to play with and cars, choppers and planes to help you get around. There are loads of controls! You will pick up the basic infantry controls pretty quick and as you go through the game you get used to giving commands and using the map. I can run it on pretty high settings my rig is - intel(r) core(tm)2 quad cpu @ 2.40ghz, 2030mb ram and a ati radeon hd 4870
Great Graphics, Bad System Requirements and Controls

The game overall is great bud if you dont have a computer capable of playing top end games. I would advise you not to purchase it. The Gameplay is very good and it looks and feels great. The only problem i have with it other than the requirements are the controls. They are confusing and could have been allot simpler than what they are.
