Fallout 3: The Pitt & Operation Anchorage (Expansion Pack)

I have these download for the 360 version of this game and i would highly reccomend this expansion pack!

Got this add on t'other day and I must say its a bit hit and miss.

First off a warning if you've modded Fallout it may affect this add on. I noticed that I can't get any more exp from kills even though the level caps been raised to 30 from 20. And the auto axe weapon glitches alot... blades disappear, or whole weapon is invisible sometimes in 1st person mode.

Second the add on's are really short. I imagine many people will carry on with their main character and being level 20 just makes everything far too easy I find, even on hardest difficulty you'll be done with the Pitt in an evening if you've played fallout alot. And another evening for Anchorage.

The Pitt's an annoying map, as in there aren't enough places to explore and the narrative seems rushed. Additional weapons and armours are good but I still find modding fallout provides alot more longevity to the game than these official expansion packs ever will.

Google "Fallout Nexus" if you're looking for mods, everything from new quests, maps, stupidly high resolution textures, new NPC's Guns, the list goes on and on.

All in all its an ok expansion pack but maybe wait until the 2nd expansion comes out when they're selling the original and both expansions in one set.
