I've always enjoyed playing Need for Speed games because as rule whilst they're rarely brilliant, they're always reliably decent enough. Sure the cut scenes and plot are as offensively 'Street' as has become the norm for the series but if you can forgive it that then you'll find a fairly competent racer to have some fun with on your PSP.
One word of warning, though, if you're familiar with this games big brother on the home consoles and have enjoyed the Canyon Duels then you'll be disappointed as they are omitted from both this and the DS version (I guess that's why they added 'Own the City' to the title).
Shame really because the tension and excitement present in those races are really what made Carbon a better than average game.

           Good game

It's a brilliant game. There are lot sof levels so you don't finish it really quick. It's very well set out and a definite buy.

This game is ok but the graphics are bad, the racing can get boring and all you do is go round the same places every time. I would recommend it to people 10 and under.
