Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars It's for hand held, it's brilliant!

I've seen a lot about the fact that you can't take cars to the garage and buy new parts and tune them anymore. This was probably my favourite feature, think it possibly peaked with GT2.
Take a few short breaths, count to 10 and think this is a hand held console.
Think about how much info you can store on a UMD. They probably could have taken some tracks and cars off and left space for the tuning aspect.
But this is on a hand held where you want to just pick it up and race.
If you want something you sit in front of for hours on end my advice is buy a PS3.
If you want something to pick up and blow your mind in bursts this is fantastic.
Still got the licenses, time trials, drift challenges, dirt and tarmac tracks. Enough to keep you entertained for a long time.
Best racing game on a handheld by farther than even Tolkien could imagine!

No career mode just race after race after race. Don't get me wrong this is a good thing but you don't seem to be getting anywhere and it soon gets repetative. Maybe they should of kept to the the original formula which made this such a great game. Have ordered the F1 game hope this has a bit more substance.
