All and all, this game isnt too bad!
The maps are well detailed, not too linear, and can be interesting to explore.
The "jackonisms" (key presses to do small cinematics of jack sparrows outrageous cinematic antics) can be worth doing too, but are hard to master.
This game has one serious flaw.
The sword combat is dissapointingly repetative.
Although other moves and combos are doable, there not neccesary as just button pounding quick attack will pretty much kill anything easily.
As far as the usual "dissapointing money spinner- we can make crap but still sell the game from the movie" trend goes, this is better than most.
The mini games also kept me interested than the average game of this type. Id give it 4 stars if the combat wasnt so repetative.
Repetitive!

I was very happy when i first played this game, it had good swordfighting in it and good graphics!
But i soon found out that was it,swordfighting, you occasionally find a gun with 5 shots in and thats it.
I did like the way you can go back and replay the game as characters you have unlocked such as davy jones!
Also it was too short for my liking,it took me approximately 4 days of casual gameplay to complete it but i still replay with different characters.
7/10
pretty cool and fun

This is a game based on the pirates of the caribbean 2 and 3. it starts from the beginning of pirates of the caribbean 2 when jack is locked in a cell at port royal than you have to fight your way out of port royal and continue the journey like the film it is short i finished it in two days and it is expensive so ii will give it 3 stars if it was longer and cheaper i would give it 5 stars.
