WipEout Pulse

Got my copy Friday and havent been able to put it down. This plays a lot like the original series and is my favourite game for the psp now. It has excellent graphics, loads of single player modes and a brilliant online mode. I have been waiting for an online Wipeout since the Playstation 1 and now I have it. Hopefully the PS3 version whcih is due out next year on the PSB will be just as good. Absolutely Brilliant. Buy It Now!

this game is great. i havent played many of the other wipeout series so when i bought this 1 it was my 1st time wiv this type of format. many of the races are great and there are a good variety of circuits. also, there are loads of races so you won't get easily bored. i would give this game 5 stars apart from 2 things. firstly i feel there are far too many time trials and speed laps, which i feel are repetitive and frankly boring. the other issue is the Phantom levels. these levels are wayy to fast and stupid
(mabye thats jus me wiv my poor expierience) but nonetheless its far too fustrating and off putting. other than that its a great game at a superb price! i would reccomend

I am a Die-Hard Wipeout fan and have been playing them for years, and when wipeout pure came out finally wipeout was back to its glory days of the original and 2097. This one plays and looks very similar to pure which is not a bad thing but it just feels cheaply made, its as if they got wipeout pure put some new tracks, music and changed some of the sleds and repackaged it.

Never played a wipeout before, and this has really impressed me.

not the best wipeout ever, is fun to play for a while but you quickly get bored of it. The grids are often repeats of each other and there are not enough elimination rounds. Also the R1 and L1 are far too sensitive and theres no way to reduce this. Would be nice to personalise controls but ah well. Worth playing, probably better to get a demo first then go from there
