Fantastic game. It doesn't have the depth of the PC version but how much time do you want to waste signing scouts and training players to play in different positions.
Its better to spend your time winning the Premiership, FA Cup and Champions league with Blackpool, before encouraging a billionaire overseas owner to invest enough money to buy Robinho, Messi and Pato !!

What a waist of money this game is, I bought it because i was playing championship manager on the pc and wanted something to take to work with me. Its so damn repetative!, no real storyline, almost impossible to compare players, no real news or interactivity other than buying and selling players. Im sorry to play.com for this review as this has gotta be one of the best websites to buy products but this game is nothing more than a posh expresso cup holder. I guess if you have never played an alternative championship manager game then this is great, but come on! Ultimate Soccer Manager 1998 was better than this!
2D match engine is great. realistic transfer market. The only people who give it bad reviews are the ones who cant play it
Ive had this game for a while now since launch day when it came out, and i have to say whan an incredible Footy management game and you can play on the move, have to say very realistic and has excellent gameplay!! cant wait till next installment in the series!!! enough said.
when fmh 2008 came out i fought it wouldnt get any better but it did. Very realistic and has a great life span. keeps you entertained for ages. Also very helpful with player ratings giving you the best possible idea of who to by for your team
