Although there have been psp games with better graphics etc, this is still one of my favorites. It didn't take long to get into and I was really enjoying myself from the start. It has a lot of really good points such as the sound and gameplay but the thing that I enjoyed most was the story: once I started playing I really couldn't stop because of it. It includes many interesting and unique characters which are developed in the game and a lot of great twists throughout the story. Another thing that I really liked about the game was that it flowed well: I never felt the need for grinding and there were no points that took annoyingly long to get past. Despite this I still didn't find it too easy to get through, there were a lot of parts where I had to think about the next stage in the game. Overall I am really glad I got this game and it deserves 5 stars!

Okay I bought this a while ago and after long hours of playing I can safely say this is not only a 5 star RPG but certainly one of the best on PSP

I was put off by negative reviews, stating that it had massive load times, bad graphics and dull gameplay - wrong.

The first hour was strange, and a little dull (as is the norm for most RPG's) but after that I was totally engrossed, The characters and story is great and loveable, combat system is traditional and easy to use, graphics are great, and load times are no problem at all.

This game certainly beats Final Fantasy 1 & 2 on PSP, and is cheaper, so really all I have to say is don't be put off and give this classic a chance :)

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars unique take on the rpg genre!

If you like your rpg's and retro graphics then you'l love this game, this is one of my all time greats.. along with FFVII, it got me into this type of game, a genuinely gripping plot and some twist's to keep you glued to your psp, most rpgs dont make the effort to change alot of the locations (caves, dungeons) this however has loads of different types of scenery so you never feel like you've got dejavu, all in all this is a fantastic game and is one of the few to stand the test of time & still be up there with the best.
