Review

The Power Stone Collection includes enhanced versions of Power Stone and Power Stone 2, which were originally released for the Sega Dreamcast and arcades. These fast and furious 3D brawlers put a new spin on "last man standing" as characters take each other on in frenzied match ups amidst fully interactive environments. Utilizing a simple control scheme, players can execute standard moves such as punches and kicks but the deeper power struggle comes in the form of "power stones." Fighters vie to collect these gems in order to tip the scales in their favor, as nabbing three will allow them to transform into super fighters that can perform devastating power moves. In addition, a variety of zany weapons and the ability to use environments in creative ways allow an incredible level of freedom and depth beyond the typical fighting game. Multiplayer support via the PSP system's ad hoc mode raises the stakes as friends duke it out in frenzied no holds barred battles.

This is one of the most repetitive games i have ever played EVER. if u liked games like tom and jerry war of the whiskers or simpsons wrestling then ye this is the game for you but my personal opinion is wat aloud of rubbish there is a mega lack of characters and they just all look so stupid.

To start off ignore the previous user comment, no idea how that went through play.com.

This game here is the complete port of the dreamcast power stone 1 and 2.

The game is good, but for some odd reason it doesnt quite feel like the dreamcast version, i have both games on the dreamcast as well. This is maybe because of the PSP controls, but dont let that stop you playing this, its a pretty awesome game and will give you hours of fun.

And at £9.99 now that is a pure bargain, i remember buying this on the psp when it was £30!!!!
I still have this game now and still play it and would recommend it to any1 who wants a crazy beat up or wants something fresh really.
