  Brilliant game

| | See all Tromanator's reviews (2)

This game is all you can expect and more. The main story missions will keep you entertained for a few hours at most, and with the ability to download users maps from the Internet, you can play hundreds of new levels every day. On a regular basis they release new costumes, stickers and game packs to add to the levels (Turbo pack is highly recommended) and My Moon will keep you entertained for hours. The layout is incredibly simple and easy to master, and you'll be making lifts and cars in no time. There are a few issues to begin with in getting a hang of the controls and which tool is appropriate for the job you want it to do, but that doesn't last long. It's not as feature packed as the PS3 version for obvious versions, and they have yet to release a water effect tool but what there is still amazes me to this day.

Overall an epic game which should not be missed, grab the game now and have fun forever :P

Adventure and experience the 5* LBP PSP...

| | See all TheReviewer123's reviews (2)

So... Basically I bought LBP for Ps3 and decided it was one of the most amazing experiences you will ever come to on a Playstation game.... So after I got the platinum trophy and bought near enough all DLC packs: LBP PSP comes out. So the next day I rush onto the net and by it for myself; on play of course. So I download the latest software available and get straight on it. You first start off on a pretty boring tutorial working around seeing photos of pretty much everyone who pitched in with the making of the game: kinda sad. But once this is done your on an amazing adventure into the world of LittleBigPlanet. The next thing you come to is your Pod. This is the place where you choose which mission/ community area you wish to go to. Those of you with LBP on the Ps3 will know exactly what i mean by your Pod although there are a few changes to it e.g. you cant actually move around in your Pod like you can on LBP Ps3: not much to worry about though given the fact you will only spent around one minute in your Pod anyway. To expand my opinions to the game I will say this... The PSP version doesn't compare to the Ps3 version because for one good reason. On the Ps3 version there are three dimension barriers which you can walk into, but on the PSP there are only 2.... But as I will say again. Not much to worry about. So you start your adventure throught LBP learning the basics and collecting prize bubbles. I will explain these in a second. As you go on after learning the basics you end up working for HOLLYWOOD and going on to making your own float in the carnival. It is a very exciting story mode and keeps you occupied when your on a 6 hour journey to London :)
As I mentioned earlier prize bubbles are things which you collect on story mode. In the prize bubbles there are different things you can get: you will either get a material to use online, an object to use online or a costume you can dress your character in.
Online mode is also very enjoyable as you download other peoples levels in which they have created. The game will run you through the basics of online and creating your own levels. At the end of each community level you will get the chance to rate/heart and comment on the level. There will be tutorials which you can enter to learn the basics anyway! I can only describe online mode in three words, AWESOME, THRILLING, CREATIVE. Thats about it , I mean online was better on the Ps3 but it still is awesome on the PSP.
As you will probably know you will also be able to buy exclusive content e.g. costumes. On special events like easter you will be able to download a free costume. This year it was the easter bunny....
To conclude my review I will say that LBP on either Ps3 or PSP is amazing: I still find the Ps3 one better but the PSP verion still rules... So PSP owners who are adventurious and willing to dress a character up like I was. Go out now and get this game... Or just buy it off the wonderful play.
PS. For those who are interested soon I will be making my own levels on LBP PSP and publishing them. I will put the abreviation GG4U in brackets in each title... I hope you have found my review helpful and hope you comment. Thanks.

Four word's.... Sackboy on your PSP. It really is one of the most fun game's on the psp and some of the levels are better than what is on the ps3 even if they are easier. Only some of the story levels are better than the ps3 as the restrictions of the psp do hurt the level creator when compared to the ps3 but there are still some really outstanding work out their. It's a game that keeps on giving.

This game is good as ps3 version, easy to play just unlocked my moon where i can create levels, like 1 person says u really need to connect to the internet so you can download levels otherwise your very limited to what you can play. Anyone that likes the ps3 version will not be dissapointed with this game. One of the best games for psp in my opinion.

  Making levels

| | See all LAWhitworth's reviews (23)

MAking levels on this game is really fun and takes a while, but you can create just about anything. I got this for Christmas, and i wanted to check out some user created levels before I played and it really suprised me what people could come up with!

My first user level was a Sonic level and it was complete with a flying tails and the checkpoints from the sega games. I was impressed.

I have started making a war-time level with burning buildings and a tank. I cant wait to finish it.

Buy this game if you have online play, as this is whats its for. If you dont have your psp connected. This game is rated 2-3 stars.

The Best Game On PSP!!! A Must Have!

| | See all californiagirl's reviews (8)

This is the best game to be released on PSP! It is just as good as the PS3 version but you cant move your arms like you can on the PS3 but this is just a small problem and doesnt even matter! Even when you complete the game, theres a lot more fun to have! Like building whatever you can imagine! Network Play is one of the best things to do on LittleBigPlanet because you can go on and on by playing other levels that your fellow LittleBigPlanet players have created! The fun never ends on LittleBigPlanet!
Just some advice:
Be creative, be random and EXPLORE!!!
