The battle for the city is won in the canyon as Need for Speed: Carbon immerses you in the world's most dangerous and adrenaline-filled form of street racing.

For the first time in a Need for Speed game, build a crew and race in an all-out war for your city against rival crews and opposing car classes. You'll risk everything to take over rival neighbourhoods one street at a time. Each crew member has unique skills that you trigger during races to give you the winning edge over opponents. Call on a Blocker to create a distraction and slow down other racers or a Scout to lead you to shortcuts on the track.

As the police turn up the heat and force the races to the outskirts of the city, the battle ultimately shifts to Carbon Canyon, where territories and reputations can be lost on every perilous curve. Use your creativity to design your crew's cars with the revolutionary new Autoscuplt car customisation tool that gives you the power to turn every vehicle into the car you've always wanted.

Represent your car class, your crew, and your streets in Need for Speed: Carbon, the next revolution in racing games.

Survive the Canyon: Leave the streets to battle rival bosses in the canyons outside the urban center. All-new Canyon Duel and Drift race modes are the ultimate test of skill and nerve, where one wrong turn could cost you more than the race.

The City Is Yours for the Taking: Race for control of the city block-by-block by taking down rival crews on their turf, then defeat their crew leaders in life-or-death races in Carbon Canyon.

Customise Your Dream Car: The revolutionary new Autosculpt car customisation tool gives you the power to design and morph your car in every way imaginable.

Represent a Class: Affiliate with the Tuner, American Muscle, or Exotic car classes and prove once and for all who makes the best set of wheels. A new physics model makes each car handle and drive differently.

Build Your Crew: Strategically choose your crew members and use their skills on the road and in your garage to help you win races and customise your cars. Designate any member of your crew as a wingman and trigger his special skill to knock out your rivals.

Over 50 Real-World Licensed Cars: Every car is tuneable so you can customise their look and performance to suit your crew.

A good game, you can customise the cars in loads of ways, challenges are all good but carrer is very short and once you have completed it (took me about 6 days) you can get bored of it very easily.

This game is a great racing game and is one of my favourite but theres one part that might put people off in when you have done all the races and want to buy a new car it takes for ever!

           Too Much Hype

NFS Carbon is a good game with a vry good story board... but d main reason why i gave it a 3star is for two reasons:
          1. The graphics SUK. i was wonderin at times whether i was playin Need for Speed Carbon or Need for Speed Underground!
2.Its WWAAAAAAAYYYYYYY too short!! its a disgrace compared to the other NFS series. They didnt giv this game enough thinking. It cud hav been the game of the century but they ruined it. I spent less than 20hrs playin this game and i won it in no time!

Though it has its good things as well... the autosculpt in the game is quite cool and i like spendin time arrangin my car/s lik dat. It has nice cars the game as well with proper upgrades for them. What i liked the most about the game was that you cud choose how you start your story. There are three different ways (i dnt wna mention them because i dnt wna ruin the surprise)

           What happened here?

NFS: Most Wanted was and still is one of my favourite games. 15 bosses and that means a load of cars to be won. From Mustangs to Aston Martins this is a dream. Running from the police is fun and blood pumping. NFS: Carbon lacks the scale of Most Wanted and with only 4 bosses this is not a long game. True there are good cars, autosculpt which is very good and having team mates can be useful. However, this does not excuse the lack of length and therefore you will finish this game before you realise you've bought it. Disappointing...
