I bought this one 'cause AR MAX corrupted my official memory card.
Almost half of my games didn't support saving on this and after erasing my saves few days ago, I can't bring myself trusting Datel's MAX -products again.
I'm afraid I can't recommend this product.

Bought this and transfered all my saves off my brothers memory card (reason i bought card) and after a few months i took it to my mates and when i plugged it into his ps2 it had deleted all the saved data i was destrote and i would never advise or recommend any one to a max memory card ever again
16mb of game data in more than enough !

I bought this item for my son a week ago and its doing its job well although now i realise that the official Sony PS2 memory card was a better alternative and here's the reason why.
First the 8MB official card is enough to save your game data, if its full just delete an old save, and the MAX 16mb card is not professionally manufactured and robust as the 8mb official card, just 2 pieces of plastic slapped on a Samsung memory chip with a max logo on it.
Think wisely what your intentions are before you buy it.
