the bouncer came out way back in 2000.it was to be square's first game project for ps2.i got it at christmas along with a shiny new console.i was totally blown away by the graphics.the story follows three streetfighters on their journey to find their kidnapped friend dominique.she is abducted at the beginning of the game for unknown reasons.you control sion,kou and volt.all members of the bar called faith.you must guide them through the mean streets at night battling guards and bosses in brawler fights.if you are a fan of streets of rage you will enjoy this particular game.with rpg added elements and final fantasy looking characters the bouncer is a great game.a little on the short side and the controls are bad.understandable since it was made at the fruition of the ps2's reign.you use points you earn during battles to further enhance your powers and skills.you are also graded as you become stronger and progress.buy this game if your a ff fan or sor fan.promise you will love it.
