After producing a range of exciting Action-adventure games, including the Grand Theft Auto series, Rockstar's latest game Canis Canem Edit, or Bully as it is also known, gives the game player the opportunity to wreak havoc in a different environment - this time in the schoolyard.

Unfortunately, the reputation of Rockstar precedes itself on this occasion as the game is far too similar to the Grand Theft Auto (GTA) series. For instance, GTA players are given the opportunity to run from the police and provoke other members of the public, while often performing mindless tasks to be rewarded; these aspects are all too familiar in Canis Canem Edit. Instead of police, players deal with Prefects and Teachers, and as an alternative to provoking the public, the other students of the school are targeted for special treatment.

The graphics also let the game down, but if you have been impressed with the GTA series then it is most likely that this game will strike a chord with you as well. The only problem is that a lot of the tasks are some what repetitive and easy to overcome.

The main problem is that the missions are not much fun to play, and progressing through to the end seems some what tedious. There is, however, still plenty to love about this game and the fact that Rockstar has enabled the player to roam free and wreak havoc beyond the school is an added bonus.
