this game is amazing ive played on xbox 360 and the grapics are alot cleaner and sharper than gta4, the game is a stand alone game and does not have the gta4 story but the multiplayer is the same and the city is the same, you can still go anywere, i will defo buy this and would recommend to anyone who loved gta4.
gta elc should be game of the year. also u get mw2 guns and equipment so i reccomend this to all gta fans and mw2 fans
is these games a seperate two disc games or only one game with episodes of the two games.pls answer. tnx.
First thing, I love how you see Niko etc driving around the city doing stuff you actually did. Thats pritty good! Graphics are alot cleaner, new cars, new songs. Defo worth 25 quid, Also if you have never played a GTA game before, which I fined hard to beleive, dont be put off. This is a good game, get it!!
So as the title states the lost and damned bit of this game is what i can only describe as dark dreary boring simple and not worth the 99 of the price thats all that needs to be said on that front.
The ballad of gay tony is good just came as a disappointment to me as i did kind of expect more at this point in the GTA series the problem is that theres no extra features bar sky diving (which dont get me wrong is a lot of fun) its just a similar format to all the previous editions kill him, steal that, date her i think this game would be epic if you could invest in real estate and businesses because the problem is with gta you always earn thousands of pounds but theres never nothing to spend it on.
Guns? you might say well yes good point but why not just kill people through the missions and steal there guns another annoying feature is that theres no storage space for rare cars i found a subaru type car that was great i tried to store it couldnt find anywhere so just thought scrap it and ill find it again been looking best part of 2 month now and still havent seen it.
While there is elements that are not found in the original GTA 4. I had the same feeling as when i changed from San Andras to GTA 4. You think because they made you wait so long they would make it so much better than the previous but... you're still left with that element of disappointment. I also feel they spent more time on The Ballad Of Gay Tony than on The Lost and Damned. In The Ballad you are a Hispanic man whose a bouncer for a club owned by "Gay Tony" you can do night shifts at the club or do missions for your boss. They were mostly made up of in the air or on the water missions and i found there was no basic story line that drew you in. The lost and Damned you are a Biker right hand man to the leader. The missions again only really consist of races on bikes and get boring quickly. Although the story line is better its worse than The Ballad of gay tony. My personal view is to rent this not buy! At least before you buy as to me us PS3'ers had to wait a long time and it really wasn't worth it. Im disappointed with this game. I only rented this for a week and was bored out of my mind! Lets hope they can do better next time
i love gta.. and this is no different probably the best stories ever and the cast is brilliant.. i just wish it was longer.. a week gone and i dnt think il feel the need to play it ever again :(
More GTA goodness from ROCKSTAR but this time your taken away from the troubled easter europen we all know and love. Now your back in Liberty city as either a bad ass biker, with more problems than Toyota or a fearless right hand man of the Liberty citys top club owner (who just happens to be in debt to all the wrong people). While playing the lost and the damned you genuinely feel like your in a biker gang, the new weapons are definately hardcore and riding about on a motor bike is very cool and never boring. The ballad of gay Tony is all glitz and glam on the outside, with the useual brilliant GTA underworld inside. Each episode has uniqe mini games and all the characters, storys, vehicles and new music is all masterfully conducted from start to finish. Pure class.
Great game and an excellent buy. Like GTA 4, both titles deliver a variation of emotions - at times they will make you laugh, become excited and very interested. I would have played them through to the end, on the day I started them if it wasn't for sleep:). I found The Ballad Of Gay Tony to deliver new options that we have not seen in previous GTA titles (you can now get drunk from downing a bottle of champagne at a nightclub). It also introduces a whole selection of new weapons as opposed to TLAD only introducing two or three.
All in all, both titles holds an interesting and gripping storyline. However, I enjoyed TBOGT much more because of the new selection of weapons and the increase of things to do when you're not killing people.
Brilliant game legend cheats in the game, great gameplay bought for 17.99 POUND - bargain !! Gangs are brill, mini mission very very detalied for every one who likes a good free world game !!
lost and damned = 8/10
The Ballad Of Gay Tony = 1 0/10
