5 Racing at it's grittiest.Manwithagrudge | 16/01/2012 | See all Manwithagrudge's reviews (6)If you've played other Motorstorm games, then you know what to expect. A gritty, rough and sometimes unfair racer that feels quite true to life at times.I've got to say that I absolutely LOVE this game.Races take place over courses that are deforming and actually falling to pieces as you race. Each race takes place during an earth quake which, quite literally, shakes the entire environment to bits. There are some wonderful set pieces and the races get tougher the further you progress into the game. The AI can appear a little unfair at times, but this is Motorstorm and it's one of the things that actually helps to add realism to the game.I play this game in 3D and this helps to draw you further into the game. The 3D effect is, overall, rather impressive, though it can appear a little dark at times, even with the gamma up full. But if you own a 3D TV, you gotta give this a go! You won't be disappointed.
