after a disappointing nfs carbon, i had high hopes for a most wanted style revamp in pro street. very disappointed with the demo. i thought the concept was boring, legal street racers on real tracks? i was looking forward to tearing up the streets and being chased by the cops!! found the demo very easy and not much fun at all. graphics are good of course, but why they have chosen this style of gameplay i do not know - hence the name i guess. maybe its just me, but as a follower of the nfs series from the beginning, this is the first in the series which i am considering not even bothering with!! i want cop chases and night racing at stupidly fast speeds back!!! who's with me? ...anyone???

               poorer than poor!

completely let down, just bought it and want to return it. there is no story line, the graphics arent that amazing. the handling is the worst thing ever. the game has just become like any old racing car game rather than a need for speed game. where are the city streets to ride around in? the game interface is too fast and jumpy to use, the commentary is the most annoying thing, having a drawling american man constantly talking and then having to hear him cough and excuse himself for it - pointless and dull. not worth the money. hard to use, hard to drive. i do like the realism of car damage though.

               What a Joke!

              Man where do i start...!!!

Everything you ever loved about the need for speed series has been stripped away in this installment. Ive always been more of a driving simulation fan (forza & gran turismo etc.) and the arcadie type driving games never really appealed to me much. Need for speed was different though. You could do crazy paint jobs and tune ups on your cars and blast around citys doing things such as crazy drag races which were really intense! Now you just have a boring drag strip to do them on. You cant even cruise aound the streets anymore gettin chased by the police and such. This game is basically a rubbish version of forza with terrible handling even if you do like arcade racers. was very dissapointed with spending my money on this.
