Best ever racing game and best game i have for ps3 so far!
Mix between burnout paradise, Juiced, and grand theft auto!
Excellant bargain aswell!
Midnight Club Los Angeles has a lot going for it: excellent graphics; fast, intense racing that takes place day or night; and numerous online modes that support up to 16 racers. Unfortunately, it has a few rather significant problems that hold it back, including a small roster of vehicles and gameplay that, while fun, doesn't break any new ground. But most of all, it is Midnight Club's excessive difficulty that makes it a very good racing game rather than a great one. A must have for Midnight Club Funs.
Let me start by saying i think this is a good game with a major floor. The graffics are great, the sound track works, the cars are nice........but..........the ai is rediculous. You will need the patience of a saint to play this game because after the 100th time of watching a golf gti mk1 bomb past you tricked out evo like you wasnt moving your controller will take a journey towards the wall. This is the most unfair game i have ever played. The ai cars never make mistakes or crash meaning that 1 little miss judgement from you and its race over (and you will make a little mistake during every race because of the nature of the gane). The special wepons hurt you more than your opponents (roar will always move a car right in front of you while your opponent races of into the distance untouched). So if you love being frustrated, buy this game. Personally, once i have rinsed the trophies its going back as it isnt what i would consider enjoyable, its a grind.
Best arcade driving game I ever played and £17.99 was a bargain.
I've got DUB Edition and loved it so when this came out I thought "YEA Another great driver!" And I wasn't disappointed, the experience is realistic there are amazing points of view. Granted there aren't that many cars to choose from but it's lost none of it's customizing spirit. You may find it a little challenging at first but believe me you will get used to it. It's a great buy and for this price not to bad either. BUY IT!!!!
