As title reads, the graphics are fantastic makes FM2 look so boring, but the handling oh my days!! what a mess a total utter mess, I'm not a 360 fan boy as I have both, but I brought my PS3 on launch day to await this game... yeah still waiting but no longer eagerly awaiting, lets hope this is not the handling we will see in the full game... FM2 still stands king of sims even with its unstable freezing etc... end of story

What on earth is all the fuss about.
This is nothing special at all. Ok it is a decent racing game and the graphics are nice but it is only a demo and as such should have been free.
There is nothing in this game that has not been done before and better on the Xbox 360, Froza 2 and PGR4.

Customer rating: 3 out of 5 stars  Better than Forza 2 !?

I would take monkeybrain's comments with a pinch of salt.
I loved all previous Gran Turismo games but the only difference with this is the graphics (which are amazing). The game plays pretty much the same as previous Gran Turismo's. One thing it is not is a better game than Forza 2 on Xbox 360. With such an advanced console as PS3 where is the car damage? No where. U just bounce off things, not very realistic at all.

i will some this up Forza Motorsport 2 =crash damage, Gran Turismo Demo = no crash damage???
Which one is more of a drivin simulation!!! doesnt take einstein to work out its forza 2!!!
Overhyped and its just old hat now!! If GT5 hasnt got any damage then its a waste of time

Fangtastic. The only drawback is that the graphics aren't up to the original GT on the PS1 but I'm now in my eighties so that might be me.

GT5 prologue is a superb game and at £17.99 this is great value for money.
The graphics are ace and there are about 70 cars to work through and buy/earn. If you like driving games then don't hesitate and buy it now.
The game is also compatible with the Dualshock 3 controller and rumble - if you are lucky enough to have one.
The online mode isn't bad too.
Although there is no voice chat at the moment, the producer of the Gran Turismo series has stated in a interview that download patches are forthcoming for both car damage & voice chat.
Additional cars are also expected to be added.

Ignore the few bad reviews as these are more than likely written by jealous X-box360 owers.

BUY THIS GAME NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been playing Gran Turismo since 1 came out on the playstation, with each new edition something new and exciting has presented itself...until now. This has been a huge disappointment. The game play from what i've experienced has been rubbish. The online mode i found was nothing out of the ordinary.
There was something about the handling of all the cars that just wasn't quite right, not sure what it was, maybe it's just me.
The only slightly redeming factor was the graphics that were ok, not great mind you, just ok.

I hope for the sake of Gran Turismo that when 5 really comes out it's less disappointing.

Put simply, i am an avid 360 fan, i played ps1 ps2 and ps3 but 360 completly obliterates ps3 in every way!!!! But!!! If theres 1 genra that ps3 will forever rule, its racing, thanks to gran turismo. Roll on gt5!!!!

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars  Best Driving game on PS3

This is easily the best driving game in this generation and its only a preview of GT5. It has amazing graphics that the X360 and Wii could never handle. The PS3 shows again that it is easily the best console of this generation and produces a game that can not be done on any other system. The best the X360 could do is Forza 2 which looks and plays terrible compared to GT5. This could sell loads of PS3's
