Fight Night Round 3

This game is good, the graphics are very detailed, some of the facial expressions from your boxer as he is getting beaten within an inch of his life are quite comical. The career mode is solid enough with plenty to do outside the ring with your boxers training program. The real fun for me is getting your Mates round and then battering them into the canvas. This game is well worth a purchase.

This game has great gameplay and is also a great multi player too. People comment on how you cant see your health and stamina bar, try going to the options menu in the fight menu. Fair enough there is not enough famous fighters but does that really matter when the ones they do have are all in there own right great fighters. All in all this is a fantastic boxing game and a must for all the boxing fanatics out there.

Well where to start so many good things about this game firstly the graphics are perfect you can see the slightest drop of sweat when you punch someone the cuts look realistic too. I've been a fight night fan for years the first one on ps2, Fight night 2004 was really enjoyable but this is an upgrade you can fight however you like if it's throwing the jab or just doin a Ricky the Hitman Hatton (whos gonna win this wk) and working the body hard thats what makes this game amazing, and online is immense you go up ranks by winning fights and when your undefeated like me it gives you an adrenaline pump knowing that you are still undefeated and loving it lol deffinately worth buying a really superb game to play hours of entertainment like i said.... THIS IS LIVING!!! p.s if anyone wants a shot at the title go for it, it's ricky_hitman

This is one of my favorite games on the PS3. Its got brilliant graphics and gameplay, online mode is great,even the sound is great. The thing I like about this game is the controls, there pretty easy to get the hang of and they don't result in any button bashing like normal 1 on 1 fighting games like tekken. To control your boxers' right arm for example you would push the right analog stick to the right and if you wanted to punch with your left push the right analogue stick to the left. The graphics are solid and I haven't even got an HDTV. Multiplayer this is very fun and each big punch makes you flinch especially when you're about to knock your oppenent out and the slow-mo kicks in when you smash him in the face with blood and saliva knocked out his mouth as he falls to the floor. An addition to this is the haymaker and flash KO punches that are reasonably easy to get to grips with and can put you ahead of your opponent. But because of the fatigue bar this stops you from doing haymakers all the time. the controls add to the great atmosphere that makes you feel as if you are in the ring and throwing every hit yourself, the realism is shown amazingly in the get in the ring mode where you can see through your boxers eyes. Although this is harder than the normal mode its much more real. This is a quality game and definetly worth buying especially due to the lack of sport games on the PS3. This will keep you going till the likes of FIFA 08 come to the PS3. I personally love this game because it fulfills every category a great game should have and its a VERY good game.

So this is the game where you show everyone how good the ps3 can handle high def graphics with speed. Trouble is once you have fought a fair few matches it becomes a little repetative. However, if you love boxing then I don't think there is a better game out there.
